Answer inbound calls from existing customer or clients in a professional manner and based on Call Centre knowledge pool; Make outbound calls for sales, customer care, and other purposes; Collecting / recording complaint, and jointly solving the complaint with relevant business unit; Answer client enquiries from website and emails; Complete required reports and documentation, for job tracking and for data analysis; Continuously improve telescripts, call workflow, and knowledge pool for better customer service; Strictly follow Call Centre rules and procedures in conducting daily job activities.

Language: Good at both written and spoken English and Chinese, also with standardized mandarin speaking which is crucial; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Tele-sales experience/skill is an important advantage; Professional phone manner; A good team-player and able to work independently under pressure. Have the passion to work with colleague and maintain as a team, also can work properly under any pressure and stress; Working experience: Ideally has more than 1 year call center or related job experience largely fitting into the job scope above; Must be flexible to work any shift ranging from 7am-10pm; Good at Microsoft office, excel, and other office tools; Education: Bachelor or above.
