As a Price/Commercial Manager working in a dynamic Services Organization located in Beijing, you will be responsible for managing the price consolidation for a number of key service sales support activities, to make sure offered customer price levels and models are coordinated with business objectives, company's profitability and competitiveness, as well as compliance towards Ericsson's overall price strategies. You will be the owner to provide SDP sales process price/cost analysis for management decision.
MAIN TASKS:
Work closely with service PA, administrating price tools to obtain accurate pricing data required by RFP/ RFQ within set time frame. Evaluate customer pricing requirement and develop customer price recommendation.
Advice the latest updated pricing, tactics and consequence analysis for price levels, models, and margin.
Coordinate with Sales Operations, Regional Service Sales Push teams to ensure consistent price offering.
Conduct price analysis/margin analysis for management decision in SDP sales process.
Develop service business case whenever applies.
Work with service PA for customer contract terms & conditions compliance
Follow up and monitor offered and contracted prices and price models in order to have correct and updated customer price information. |

Good understanding of telecommunication business.
Business oriented with solid personality, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, to deal with stress and deadline is a must.
Prior customer interface for commercial terms experience is a plus.
Highly motivated and good team player.
A good blend of pro-activeness, flexibility, persistence and perseverance, not afraid of walking extra miles to get job done.
Good Excel skill, number sensitive, business sensitive.
Excellent communication skills for both internal and external communication needs.
Good English capability in both writing and speaking. |
