-Day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to:
1.Provide how-to answers with a high service level for the usage, updates and access on the Market Unit Greater China Sales Process tools and systems
2.Drive the Core3 teams on how to effectively conduct KIA Workshop, SDP meetings, Early Starts, etc.
3.Manage the Early Start approval process
4.Manage other sub-processes within One Sales Process namely Bid/Proposal Management
5.Prepare planning of onsite support as well as implementation projects coordination
6.Prepare and implement self-assessments of all Sales teams within MUGC
7.Support other Sales Operation team members in identifying their processes |
