| |
To carry out the assigned tasks and report progress to the Project Office Manager and the General Manager
Comply with and follow the directives, instructions and procedures implemented in the R&D Center.
To Report Project Overview to General Manager & Project Office Manager
- Project Assignment and PO Management
- Project High level plan Administration
- Project Economy Report (Budget vs.Progress)
- Project Roadmap Administration (Key dates and Schedule)
To Report Organization Overview to General Manager & Management Team
- Department Resource Planning Administration
- Department Progress vs.Targets Report (Balanced Score Card)
- Department Financial Follow-up (OPEX, UI etc)
To Coordinate with Daily Operation
- To assist Project Manager with project financial control
- Interface with relevant financial controller organization (Ericsson China and Global)
- Ensure working comply with and follow directives, instructions and procedures in R&D Center
- Ensure Department comply to SOX related requirements
- Ensure Department process/procedures updated and corrected in Operation Binder

Master or Bachelor degree
Good documentation knowledge
Excellent communication skills and social abilities
Focus on details and proven ability to always ensure correctness in reported data is a must
Good co-ordination skills
Effective written and oral English communication skills
Strong ability to analyze and structure large amounts of information
Able to identify, analyze and solve problems
Strong initiative and learning willingness
