| |
-Be responsible for the of N &TC delivery line organization in MUSEE
Plan the N&TC resources in an efficient and flexible way , across the MU, to provide best quality support to the KA organizations as well as maximising business potential for Ericsson
Recruit, develop the best talents for N&TC in the unit
-Build up, improve the competence and knowledge sharing of N &TC in MUSEE in technology domains of Core(including PBN/ MPBN), Radio, Transmission, End to End Solutions (Audit etc)
-Monitor that all services are delivered according to Ericsson standards and to the contractual commitments through the line and/ or GSDC organisation and to provide feedback on delivery performance back into the organisation
-The N&TC SDM is also responsible to, during the daily activities, actively discuss and identify new and future service needs with the customer and to convey this information to the Service Account Manager, Manager Advise and/or Key Account Manager
-Responsible for improvement activities related to Customer Satisfaction
Extended responsibilities:
-Be responsible to provide cost & effort information in tenders and services offerings
-Be responsible for Escalation Management towards the customer and the internal organization in urgent situations
Activities:
-Resource planning and service delivery KPI fulfilment
-Perform periodic meetings with the customer to follow up on service delivery issues such as pending issues and improvements
-Determine actions to improve service related customer satisfaction and secure that they are being implemented
-Support in cost calculations for services
-Secure forecast handling regarding support services
-Ensure financial follow-up of service contracts and act on discrepancy in planned cost/margin |

-Bachelor degree in Business and/or telecommunications
-At least 5 years of experience in Network Services, Consulting or -Project Management within the Telecom or similar industry
-Very good knowledge and understanding of applicable parts of Ericsson services product portfolio and delivery processes
-Good leadership & communication capabilities
-Ability to lead and motivate people
-Ability to work and co-operate with people from different cultures
-Advanced negotiation skills
-Understanding portfolio and relationship to service delivery and being able to handle client situation if client demands services outside scope of contract
-Customer Relationship Management skills
-Self motivated, flexible
-Fluency in English. Local language an advantage
-Ability to travel for short or long assignments; |
