The primary focus of this position is to manage and monitor performance of Ericsson' IS/IT partners. The SIT is Ericsson' interface to the Partner' Local Service Delivery Management on the corresponding geographical site. All service partners and internal resources have to be coordinated to secure an efficient overall IS/IT service delivery.
Tasks
Securing the availability of efficient services for the local business needs
Proactively managing upcoming requirements and providing solutions in time
Consolidation or phase-out of services where applicable to save cost
Implementation of Global Contracts and revision to Global contracts locally and ensuring the Partner' compliance to the contract
Point of Escalation within geographical site(s) if the outsourcing partner fails in its obligations and deliveries
Implementation of ordering and approval process within the geographical site
Forecasting service needs for the local site
Balanced Score Card and KPIs monitoring and financial follow up, with a strong focus both on the Partner' performance and cost
Forecasting local budget, follow up and report cost
Assigning and ensuring completion of corrective actions to partners, in case of any deviations
Ensuring that Ericsson adhere to its part of the contract
Assigning and follow up of corrective actions to the Ericsson organization
Pro-actively propose improvements to the global contracts that can reduce cost and improve R&D efficiency and reduce cost
Forwarding local requirements/changes to central IT management and PM&T organization
Local R&D license administration
Ensure our data is secure and that our providers have a Business Continuity Plan which is aligned with the local R&D site
Manage communication interface to local users via forums, web info, other meetings etc
Coordinating/managing tools/infrastructure implementation/change
Coordinate/manage IS/IT training for local users
IT-facility management planning
Reporting to local R&D management, central IT and PM&T organizations
Important performance indicators:
User satisfaction within the geographical site(s)
IS/IT cost per design hour
Operational performance like network, server and application availability. |
