职位描述  Job description:
  The purpose of a Business Manager is to drive&support Business Development&Strategy of SL&SI business in MU Greater China in line with the MU Greater China SL&SI Business Plan. Each Business Manager is designated to work with one single operator at national/provincial level,and shall hold full accountability&responsibility for generating SL&SI business towards his/her designated operator The role is responsible for supporting the preparation&part execution of the MU Greater China SL&SI Business Plan as well as full preparation&execution of an SL&SI Business Plan for the designated account Business Managers also support the Head of Business Management,Hosting&R&G in strategic decisions of if/when/how to introduce new strategic technologies/domains in the Chinese market for their designated account Purpose is also to support designated NAMs,KAMs&Regional Sales in the MU GC,in the identification,planning&execution of new SL&SI business to ensure that SL&SI sales are supported&executed in alignment with the SL&SI MU Greater China Business Plan&operator-specific Business Plan The role also plays important role in identification&negotiation of any 3PP that bring customer added value to Ericsson SLSI solutions 2.Main Interfaces Reports to Head of Business Management,Hosting&R&G Internal Designated NAM&KAM SL&SI Marketing SL&SI Commercial Management SL&SI Customer Solutions SL&SI Project Management Regional SL&SI/TSS organizations wherever applicable BU Systems,PA Multimedia Solutions External In full alignment with NAM/KAM:operator Marketing&Data department,as well as other relevant operator stakeholders(e.g. Planning,R&D,) 3PP companies(when initiating/supporting partner evaluations) 3.Main Responsibilities Develop an account business plan in cooperation with the respective account. The account business plan should focus in setting the short-term&long-term goals,selected strategies&tactics for achieving the goals. Get internal acceptance for the business plan&execute the activities according to the plan. Update the business plan quarterly Actively pursue&generate SL&SI customer business opportunities&projects within the designated operator's domain of business in Greater China Work closely with the respective Ericsson National&Key Accounts on continuously introducing the portfolio of SL&SI in terms of enablers,telecom management,value-added services&advisory services. Contribute to raise the overall competence of the accounts. Contribute to raise the detailed competence of the appointed SLSI representatives in the accounts Handle activities related to opportunity identification&quantification,business&revenue model,partnership set-ups,sales support&project management. Use the expertise of the different SL&SI units in order to achieve these listed activities During project pre-sales&delivery,coordinate between the SL&SI&account resources,through reviewing&handling proposals,services,methods,and tools to successfully sell&implement the project During customer tenders,act as bid manager for the SL&SI part Set objectives as well as plan,control,follow up&improve the sales pipeline for the designated operator. Make sure the SL&SI Sales pipeline is always updated&relevant Follow&apply the One Sales Process for all opportunities&deliveries. Actively analyze the profitability of new&existing business opportunities 4.Authorities To sign in accordance with company policy
