We seek a Process Manufacturing Engineer who is a self starter with good, ethical behavior and outstanding mechanical aptitude.

An ideal candidate will have:
• Mainland Chinese citizenship
• University degree in mechanical engineering or related
• 5+ years experience in process engineering, preferably in automotive industry
• Hands-on experience in discrete manufacturing and process, preferably in an automotive environment
• Complete familiarity with ME/IE tools and methods to optimize process flows
• Full understanding of process optimization in environments such as mold design, manufacturing, injection mold, metal pressing, and/or electronics manufacturing
• Capability of quickly assessing the operational status after visiting a plant, developing and implementing detailed models for the processing operations, and/or providing technical recommendations to improve operations and optimize performance
• Strong skills in technical report writing
• Good written and oral English (and Pu Tong Hua)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work well in a team; strong people skills
• Travel required mostly in China
